Навязчивые действия
Добрый день. Обращаюсь к вам за помощью, т.к. не смогла ничего найти в интернете по этой теме. Проблема у меня в том, что я разными предметами давлю себе в углубления между пальцев рук. В основном это свернутая небольшим комочком ткань. У меня эта проблема еще с самого детства, она то проходит, то снова появляется и становится навязчивой. Я понимаю, что это зависит от моего психического состояния. Прошу помочь мне в определении предварительного диагноза, для того, чтобы я уже дальше могла с этим бороться. Спасибо.
