помогите решить конфликты с сестрой
Здравствуйте, мне 13 лет и у меня есть проблема. Касается она семьи. Дело в том, что у меня есть старшая сестра. Она старше меня на 4 года. Мы с ней обычно ладим, но сейчас ей скоро 18 и она постоянно кричит на меня и мама думает, что я ей что-то делаю плохое. Часто ругани доходят до слез, так как мне обидно, и бывает я сама не хотя грублю маме. Помогите пожалуйста. Что мне делать? Я уже чувствую что с моими нервами что то не так. Я срываюсь часто на своих друзей. Прошу, помогите
