Не могу проявить себя в обществе
Здравствуйте,Я Катя мне 16 лет учусь в 10 классе.Помогите мне вот с какой проблемой,я не могу проявлять себя что в школе что в компаниях,общаясь с кем то могу остановится и сказать что то нелепое заговорится,не могу себя комфортно чувствовать.Как быть уверенной,интересной и привлекательной девочкой несмотря не на какие комплексы и.т.д?
