Хочу освоить навыки лидерства!
Здравствуйте. У меня проблема. В сентябре этого года я поступил в суворовское. В апреле я получаю должность командира отделения. Я новый командир и подчиненные не воспринимают меня всерьез. Думают что у меня нет лидерских качеств, не слушаются меня. Помогите мне развить эти качества поскольку мне еще целый год быть командиром а подчиненные смеются надо мной. Помогите избежать провала!
