Залежність від інтернету
З початком війни я почала більше читати новини, слідкувати за подіями. З часом я помічаю, зо просинаюсь і відразу беру телефон в руки. Не хочеться нічого робити, бо раптом я пропущу щось важливе. Раніше було легко відмовитися від інтернету, а зараз я дуже за цим слідкую. Як менше часу проводити в інтернеті? Від чого виникає така залежність? І як її подолати?
