Я не знаю как помочь своему парню. Он перестал верить в себя ,говорит что он ничего не достигнет в жизни и т.д. Сейчас у него много учёбы и он занимается борьбой,где последнее время проигрывает, и из-за этого еще сильнее расстраивается. Я стараюсь его поддерживать во всех его начинаниях но понимаю,что он не может принять себя таким,потому что опущена самооценка. Что же мне делать? Как ему помочь? Подскажите пожалуйста!
