Можно ли справиться со страхами ?
В голове засел страх галлюцинации. Очень сильно боюсь, что могу увидеть галлюцинацию. Никак не могу избавиться от этой мысли. Подскажите , пожалуйста, как перестать этого бояться? Но страх иногда дает послабление , и я начинаю менее этого бояться , но потом все равно возвращается. Меня легко успокоить , но это все временно
