Непериносимость агрессии
Ребята, психологи помогите справиться с этим! Живу с вечно недовольно, агрессивной мамой. Она постоянно на меня орёт. Я затюканная, мама швыряет посуду, тарабанит посудой, подавляет. Съехать нету возможности. Малейшие проявления а рксссиии переношу болезненно, но они есть поотношанию ко мне регулярно. Помогите, или я сойду с ума. Пью успокоительное. Живу в страхе. Живу в аду. Боюсь людей. Чувство нещашишеннности. Как себя защитить? Морально
