Нет сил делать дела
Уже где-то два часа пытаюсь сложить вещи в шкафу. Как только встаю пытаюсь начать убирать у меня пропадают все силы. И я опять сажусь и просто залипаю в стену или слушаю музыку/сижу в телефоне.
Хочется просто лечь чтобы меня никто не видел не слышал, и не трогал. Как будто хочется не умереть а скорее исчезнуть.
