Не могу найти объяснений срывам
Хочу бросить употреблять наркотики, срывы происходят непредсказуемо. Последний срыв произошел вчера, триггер который повлиял на срыв я помню , проблема в том что если мне напомнили о наркотике и и окружающая среда благоприятна для того что бы употребить то я не могу могу себя остановить. Каждый раз после этого мучает вопрос "как так , в очередной раз"(
