Как перестать слышать голос, речь в своей голове бывшего знакомого человека.
Добрый вечер ! После печальных событий, стала слышать в своей голове голос бывшего знакомого.хотя он не находиться рядом. Он говорит со мной, и я понимаю,что он постоянно наблюдает за моей жизнью. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как это прекратить ? На контакт в жизни он не идет, все отрицает. Но общается он со мной не адекватно, преступая все рамки приличия !
