Психолог для мужа (по его просьбе)
Здравствуйте! Муж попросил подыскать ему психолога (Киев). Запрос такой: сильная раздражительность, всё бесит, " готов убивать" (его слова). От себя добавлю: через 1,5 месяца у нас родиться ребёнок, и я не представляю, как он будет выдерживать его плачь. Его бесят соседи за стеной, лающие собаки за окном, проезжающие под домом машины. Он холерик. Старается сдерживаться, но мы ведь понимаем, что держать гнев при себе - это вообще не выход. Метод терапии ищем краткосрочный.
