Я боюсь заболеваний. И если у меня что хоть чуть чуть заболит я сразу думаю, что у меня страшное заболевание. Устала уже.Накручивать сама себя.
Полтора года назад я заболела.Заболевание относилось к гинекологии. После длительного лечения все вроде бы прошло. Но остались конечно последствия.теперь при малейшем восполении я панику. Мне кажется что у меня страшное заболевание. Начинаю искать похожие симптомы в интернете и все сводится к тому что я довожу себя до истерики.как с этим жить?я просто морально себя убиваю
